Rush orders (4–13 days) offer more flexibility; we can often fulfill your needs within this timeframe by ordering from our vendors.
8. Can I get full-color printing (like a photograph)?
Yes, but not on Super Rush or Rush orders.
That style of printing utilizes a technology called Direct-to-Film (DTF), which requires more time to produce.
If you still want to play with a photo-style image, our online designer will help simplify your design by limiting the number of colors. This often creates a cool, stylized look that still prints beautifully with screen printing…which can be done with a Super Rush or Rush order.
9. How does shipping work for Super Rush and Rush?
Every Super Rush and Rush order ships Next Day Air.
You’ll get tracking via email + a text message the moment your package hits the road (or sky).
We proudly maintain a 99.9% on-time delivery rate, but final delivery timing is in UPS/FedEx’s hands. Once your packages leave our facilities, we have zero control over their movement.
10. Can I change or cancel once I order?
Not on these timelines. Once your order is placed and paid for, we immediately pull shirts, prep screens, and start printing.
That means changes or cancellations aren’t possible. This is all outlined in our terms and conditions. So please double-check everything before you pay for your order!
