Since November of 2021, our 24 Hour Tees® Team has been working hard to define what matters to us!
During this process, our team has developed a clear focus on what we want, which has our staff all rowing in the same direction (rowboat analogy). Having our team be on the same page with our goals has helped make our business and personal dreams a reality!
These past nine months have been eye-opening for us, and we've come to many realizations. One of our realizations is that we need to do a better job of ‘showing the hard-working people, and unique human beings, who are behind the 24 Hour Tees® is a team!
With that, we will regularly share some essential elements that make our company who we are!
Who's behind our 24 Hour Tees® Leadership Team?
Our rockstar team (currently 11 total people) is made up of part-time and full-time employees! You may already be familiar with many of our staff (see their beautiful faces here), and the rest are relatively new!
Chais and Shawna Meyer are the founders and prominent faces behind 24 Hour Tees®! After living in Thailand for two years, they came back home with the dream of making people happy, one high-quality custom-printed t-shirt at a time!
Since 2013 our team has turned into a fantastic work family!
Naty has been with us (working remotely from Mexico City) for over eight years, and shortly after, Molly (our designer queen) and Brian (our screenprint master) joined our powerful leadership team!
Most recently, Adam (our sales rep king) became part of our team with his charismatic personality and willingness to help us grow while providing direct communication and support to our largest clients!
We are proud to be a work family that looks after each other, ensuring we're all doing well personally so that we can continue to create joy for others with every single task we complete to bring your custom print projects to life!
Sidenote: Connor & Emma deserve big props too, they're amazing humans that have been on our work team for around a year and doing a fantastic job.
