  • Billing & Shipping

    We require 100% of an order to be paid upfront before we will print &/or ship items to our customers. The only situation where this is not the case, is if we've established terms or an additional agreement with your organization.

    Our centric strategic location in the US allow us to ship packages across the national territory in short time frames and affordable prices. Final shipping costs will be calculated once your order is packaged and weighted.

  • Return policy

    We will only accept returns if:
    - There was a mistake on the order and it was our fault.

    If you've received ripped or torn fabric, a fault of the manufacturer, we will give you credit on future orders. But, we do look through the orders to make sure we don't see any noticeable rips, stains or tears.
