Chais & Shawna Meyer here. We're the husband-and-wife team who co-founded and own 24 Hour Tees®.

Since you (as a current or future customer of ours) are part of our story, we wanted to share how much your support has truly changed our lives over the past 13 years. So, here we go:
When we first opened our retail shop 13 years ago, we were NOT pros at printing shirts yet (not even close), but we had courage, each other, and a dream to create something beautiful!
We painted our own walls, used secondhand equipment, and hoped someone would walk through the door…
And someone did. :) A customer came in on day one and placed our very first order. That moment changed everything.
From the start, we learned by doing and by listening to our customers. One of our first larger orders was for a party with a hilarious inside joke printed on the front (‘White Trash Bash 2013″).
That job taught us how fun it is to bring people's ideas to life and how fast we had to move when deadlines were tight.
There were tough lessons, too. Like the time we were finishing a late-night print job and realized, on the very last shirt, that we had misspelled the person's name.
We stayed up, replaced the whole batch, and learned something we still live by today: always get the customer’s approval first!
Over time, our customers' feedback helped us grow. When we realized that email wasn’t fast enough for rush order communication, we built a system that sent text messages as well.
That small change made a huge difference. Approvals came faster, and your shirts went out on time or earlier than expected.
Because of you, we’ve grown – not just as business owners, but as people.
Over the last 13 years, your custom apparel orders gave us the courage (and the stability) to start new businesses. Here are some of those:
- We opened a coworking space (Nest:Space™)
- We helped other business owners automate their business systems (Business Integrations™)
- We helped create beautiful, functional homes and commercial spaces (Shawna Meyer Design™)
- And we even designed and actively run a 12-month incubator program for early-stage small businesses in Nebraska (Elevate™).
All of these micro businesses came from the lessons we learned by serving you. :)
You’ve helped raise our family, too. When our daughters were little, they napped in a crib next to the office in our retail store. Now, they walk through the print shop (with our dog), like they’ve always belonged there. And they have.
You, our customers, have also carried us through the hardest seasons. In 2020, when everything felt uncertain and we just wanted to quit it all, we shared what it would take to survive.
You showed up with support, messages, and orders that kept us going.
Every dollar spent is a vote for the future we want, and we’re so thankful we’ve received your vote along the way!
Inside the shop, we created little rituals that made the work feel like play. Friday ping pong, coffee runs after long mornings, dance breaks, and wearing people's faces on our shirts (and on our faces) to celebrate their birthdays. These moments matter.
They’ve helped us love this journey even more.
